I’m Sick of Marketing Calls

Hello: I have generated a lot of interest in the marketing world. After I published my third book, the flood gates opened. Much to my disappointment, the word is out that I am an unknown author desperate for fans! Wrong! Why would I pay to market my books? I believe that love conquers all, which is what Losing the Boomer Blues is all about. Why would I want to go into debt to market my wonderful stories to someone who could never make me famous? I hope that all ages will read about the Summer of Love and the journey my three characters, Mary, Jane, and Lucy, have taken thus far in life. Whether you buy the book or log onto YouTube and listen to me read the story is up to you. There are three books in the Losing the Boomer Blues trilogy. I can’t afford to spend money on marketing my books! I don’t expect you to buy them either. Of course, I don’t expect it. I will send you a free magnet if you message me, and I’ll send you a copy of Losing the Boomer Blues or Boomer Chicks if you like, free of charge. That is how I would like to market my stories. But I only have 15 copies of my book, so I hope you get in touch fast enough to receive a free copy. I realize just how expensive books cost, and that’s why I can’t afford to buy hundreds of them. I’m not rich. I’m Just another imperfect starving artist reaching out. Some chose to travel to the moon, and others stay grounded here on earth. Stay safe, and save our human race. Good News For Baby Boomers

First of all, my third book in the Losing the Boomer Blues trilogy is out and for sale on Amazon! Boomer Chicks Mask Up was released! Second, we’re not old. Jimmy asked long ago, “Are you experienced?” Go for it, boomers. Let the masses know just how experienced we are. Who said we don’t want our democracy? Who said we don’t want equality? Who said we don’t want our freedom? Who said we don’t want justice? Who said we don’t need unity? And how in the world did Covid-19 take so many American lives? We could have crushed it, but someone stood in the way of that! And now the Republican party is out to make it hard for minorities to vote. Politicians can not take away our voting rights. We need peace, love, and understanding, and above all, truth and justice for the American experiment to succeed. It’s time for the rich man to give back, yet they are taking off for the moon after they have destroyed the earth. Feed the world and end Covid instead of wasting money traveling to the moon. God knows we need to save our planet. We don’t need to spend millions to reach the moon. Stay grounded and read Losing the Boomer Blues.

Your Life Is All You Have

All things come and go. You might not think so, but all the things we want in life are unnecessary. True, people, places, and things may make us happy for a while, but in the long run, only we have the power to be in control of our continued happiness after they go. We are in the driver’s seat. We make our destiny. We decide what to do with our lives. Sadly, money seems to rule our world. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if our lives and the lives of others didn’t revolve around money? Granted, we need it, but we don’t need to love it. Our lives are more important than that. Make your life and the lives of others shine. Your life is all you have. Concentrate on making love, not money, so your life becomes worth something.

Authors Have Hobbies Too

I recently wrote my third book Boomer Chicks Mask Up. Being an indie author, I had to come up with the money to publish my book. I am a Nancy Ann Storybook Doll collector. I decided to sell my dolls with frozen legs on eBay to publish my book. I was successful and made just enough money to hand over my manuscript to Author House Publishing. I still have all my jointed dolls proudly displayed in cases throughout the house. They are adorable. I met so many doll collectors who were more than happy to buy my dolls and give them a loving new home. Doll collecting doesn’t define me, but it has always inspired me. I’ve passed on my dolls. Now I can pass on my story too.
