Here’s the deal. We don’t have as much money as those crooks in the White House do but we do have power in numbers. Chances are they will spend our tax dollars on that creepy thing they call ICE to keep us in our place. They will continue giving unlawful orders to mad men in masks and saying that they are America’s best. But we know better and we’re standing tall. Those fools in the White House have fallen on their knees to a king on a Golden throne. And technology billionaires bow down to a Golden calf as bullets kill innocent women and men. How dare they threaten us with AI! They are insulting our intelligence with all their criminal actions and lies. Sexual predators named in the Epstein Files are blacked out but the young victims’ names are everywhere and mentioned more than once or twice. How dare they protect the rich and shame all the victims! God will answer our prayers. Their lies and cover ups will one day come undone . They don’t know who God is because their greed has left them blind. Stand tall and fight for your rights and those of your fellow man. These criminals will fall hard for harming innocent children and immigrants. This sick behavior can’t go on for long. Protest against their cruelty and keep up the Good fight. Corruption is ugly it isn’t Pretty. Raise your signs high and stand tall in honor of all our fallen heroes. We are protecting Lady Liberty, not the king on a Golden throne who has no morality.

This whimsical story is about 3 old friends traveling back in time to lose their boomer blues. I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and fell in love with writing at a very early age. I became a member of the Oakland Art Association in the late '90s and devoted many years to creating collage art but never stopped writing. I decided to start writing Losing the Boomer Blues in 2016 and finished writing it in August of 2018. It was with great pride that I self-published it in October of 2018. This charming story appeals not only to my baby boomer counterparts but to those of all ages who find the Summer of Love a quest for peace, freedom, and equality.
