Are you following the three boomer chicks? Take it from me, it is about time to start paying attention to those who came before you. Those who come after you will thank you for doing that. Mary, Jane, and Lucy were once where you are now. They were leery of trusting anyone over thirty. Back in the ’60s, people were aware of injustice. The Summer of Love in San Francisco opened their hearts and minds to the truth. They won many battles. Sadly, the country has been overtaken by hatred. We are losing our freedom. Laws are being overturned by judges on the far right. Laws that give us our freedom and equality are being stripped away. We are living in troubled times. We must treat others with dignity and respect. Our democracy depends on it. Mary, Jane, and Lucy wanted to lose the boomer blues. Sadly, they are losing everything they fought for in the sixties. The world has gone crazy. And it all started in 2016 when Donald J. Trump defeated Hillary Clinton. We have to pay attention to what is happening around us. There are evil forces out to destroy freedom throughout the world. Follow Mary, Jane, and Lucy and help change the country back to what we fought for in the sixties. Help the boomer chicks and the rest of the world lose the blues and vote blue.

Mary: Yep, We’re all set.
MK: We’re going to fast forward just for fun now.
Mary, what do you think about the Radical Right?
Mary: I think they are a bunch of crazies. Just look at their leader. It’s hard to believe he was the President of the United States. The GOP is made up of fascists. I think they are off their rockers. White Nationalism and far-right evangelicalism will destroy freedom. By reversing Roe v Wade, they have begun our fight for civil and human rights all over again. How dare the Supreme Court take away a woman’s right to choose?
Jane
Jane: Heck Mary, it’s comprised of nine Supreme Court Justices. There are six who are Republican thanks to Trump! Don’t get me going! I never dreamed that I would live through so much hate. It’s a disgrace. How dare they bring religion into this! They are not representing the majority of Americans who believe in freedom. They are out to deny all our rights.
MK: And Lucy, what do you think?
Lucy: I think the Senate and House need some significant changes. The color blue needs to come through for us in the next election. Our Democracy is hanging by a thread. I’m appalled by all the lies those Republican lawmakers spread.
