Presently we are fighting a pandemic and struggling to keep what we won back in the ’60s. We need to save our planet! There is no time left to turn our backs on climate change. We must tax the wealthy, protect our voting rights, fix the gun laws, and stop racism. We can not be divided. We must be united to save our democracy. We have ended a war overseas, but we don’t need one on our shores. Stop the hate! Read Losing the Boomer Blues trilogy.

Trump Didn’t Show Up

Trump didn’t show up today to honor the fallen men and women of 9/11. Why in the world did we have such a heartless man as president of the United States? If he was our president at this moment, would he have called everyone who died losers? Would he have even been present? He didn’t show up! That says a lot. So many beautiful lives were lost, and he didn’t show up!!!! God bless the souls of all who struggle without their loved ones. May we find peace somehow in knowing that a leader shows respect through example. Trump didn’t show up to show respect for all the people Al Qaeda terrorists murdered. This is too hard to comprehend. The acts of terrorists are pure evil, but Trump only shows up to dictate hate. Remember the January 6th insurrection? The day his terrorists stormed the Capitol Building? We should never tolerate it. Trump didn’t show up to show his respect! He could care less if our country ever mends! He didn’t show up to honor our dead!

Which Power Are You?

The power of God’s love is the creation.
The power of man’s hate is destruction.
Good people accept God inside of others.
Evil people reject God’s presence in those they see as different.
The most important things
To a greedy person are money, sex, and religion.
A giving person aspires to kindness, love, and honor
Through prayer, faith, or spiritual reflection.
The result should be the power of love, not hate.
Celebrate what God creates
the power of love outlives hate.

Tragic Memories of 9/11

One of the darkest days in American history was on September 11th, 2001 (better known as 9/11). Death and destruction were everywhere, but brave Americans came together to save one another. If anything can bring this country back together, it would be the memory of terrorism and what it can do to scare the living hell out of you. This memory should not divide us but unite us with an undying love.

Please remember the kindness of human nature as you recall 9/11. It’s up to you to end this 2021 pandemic. Honor those who lost their lives on 9/11 twenty years ago and the children in hospitals today dying of Covid -19. End the lies and the violence and save the lives of millions. Love can erase the hate that causes tearful memories. Please remember those who lost their lives and give us the hope to live by saving others with a simple shot in the arm. Love all humanity as we recall September 11th, 2001. End future tragic memories. Pledge to rescue lives with a life-saving vaccine, give others the gift of love, and unite us all as one. Become the hero we all need instead of another tragic memory.

What Would You Do for Everyone’s Freedom Not Just Your Own?

If you looked around and saw your country in chaos
And people struggling to survive
What would you do?
If God’s beautiful forests were on fire, hurricanes were causing floods,
And people were evacuated from their homes
What would you do?
If the southern states were denying a woman’s right to an abortion
And you tried to help her and were sued
What would you do?
If your disabled neighbor down the street couldn’t vote
without someone willing to drive them to the pools
What would you do?
If someone you loved would have been in the Capitol Building on January 6th, 2021
What would you have done?
If you could have worn a mask, stayed 6 feet apart, and sheltered in place in March of 2020
And gotten vaccinated to protect yourself and others in March of 2021
What would you have done?
If people took up arms to kill innocent people
Because of the color of their skin or their religion
What would you do?
If the President of the United States
Ended a war that should have never begun
What would you have done?
As we begin to see all of the above coming into focus
And many choose to take up arms instead of loving their brother
What will you do to protect freedom and the lives of others?

What’s Going On?

The war is over, but the pandemic isn’t. We need to protect our people at home. No one ever mentions why we didn’t secure our borders after 9/11 rather than involving ourselves in the war in the first place. Is it because of greed? Wealthy men always put money over human lives. Twenty years and billions of dollars later, we learn (once again) that war only brings death and destruction. And we have lost over 4,538,835 souls throughout the world during this pandemic. Countless deaths from wars and disease, and we still don’t have any answers. How about erasing the lies and replacing them with the truth. The answers are there for all of us. Listen before hate consumes you.
